As of september, enjoyed being on stronger, bigger, just want to give the body a break, no particular reason just feel like a change. Actually going to ramp it up initially before a team club.strongman at the end of the month, taper down a bit then come off september.

Training will change, lighter, tried staying heavy before, I can do it but feel injuries more, over time I will increase volume too, don't have time for cardio really so gonna inctease volume after a month.
