  • Dr's visit for lab results was a big FAIL.

So i had my dr's visit today and i told him i needed labs for chol levels, red blood cell count, liver values and if insurance will cover it test levels. HE then asked me why i was needing this info and i told him i was currently using anabolic hormone, dianabol. he asked me about if there was anything concerning me, if i felt sick, swelling, can't sleep...etc. He asked me what the ingredient was specifically so he knows what to look for and i showed him on his laptop that it was Methandrostenolone. He said ok and then he left the room. like 5 mins pass by and he came back and said he could do the lab tests but had to show the insurance his notes. (not something i want) he then explained to me that "we're not playing cops here and that we care about your health" "ok" "but i cant keep doing blood tests and your using illegal substances." "ok i understnad that you cant condone my usage by performing blood test for when i need them." He gave me the option to pay out of pocket for the labs and this visit. which i opted to do. no big deal but i told him not to worry about the labs and that was the end of that. BIG "F"ing FAIL.

I cant believe this is such a big deal. My question is when you guys go for labs do you tell the dr your using or not??? My boy says he does and had a better outcome than i did.

I go for a physical and they do blood work then for everything. I get one a year with my insurance. When i went back and my test level was like 3200 the Dr asked what I was taking. I told her and that was the end of it.

Yah, he told me if he was going to submit this to insurance he had to put a reason in, and they could look at his notes if requested. So i said cant he just do it as a physical and then he said no because of the notes.

You should be able to tell if the dbol is strong or not by your workouts.

yah i get very good pumps and have gained ten pounds since the begining of this month but im taking 40mg of the stuff so i dont think its very potent because 40mg is high for dbol.

you are crazy never tell your doc you usethat stuff never never UNLESS you have a serious health problem then telll him if not never say a word.
If your insurance would get that note about what you were taking for blood test. they could deny you future covarage and blame steroids as the cause of any problems that pop up.

I've always used 50mg I thought that was a average dose.

I would also bet your dbol is underdosed

yea you made a mistake in telling him.

say you want to know if your test levels are normal because your sex drive has been low or something like that.

It's always better to visit a Sports MD over any regular physician. Sucks that happened though. Yes you can tell your Dr when you're on or off, but NOT regular MD's.
