Hey i was wondering if a person is on steroids, would they be able to work out for up to 2 hours and keep cortisol away, or is it still advisable to work out no more than an hour???

nah its not always so obvious as how you feel or tiredness level.Originally posted by BamBam179 View PostTrue but if you can't tell when your over training. I'd hold off on the cycle toll you know your body better
unless you are doing like some sort of whole body workout but again, not really optimal for bodybuilding.

its fine! the act of stopping cardio to reduce cortisol is like stopping eating to keep your teeth clean.Originally posted by inkslinger View PostHow does cardio affect this? I do about 45 mins weights and about an hour low intensity cardio post work out
"cortisol" is something that means very little and people have latched onto.
train, eat well and often, cycle if you want too and you have no need to worry about it.
