I use 10mg nolva a day like B said works for me. Increased testosterone means increased estrogen levels correct? Testosterone conversion into estro=need nolva or adex whatever your choice. Remember I posted that thread about tesosterone/estrogen balance or some shit. Anyway thats what I was talking about and even though I respect your advice I did disagree with you here something is needed to counter to much estrogen.

I was using 10mg of nolva a day too and stopped taking it about a month ago. It did t take long before the sensitive nips started again and also felt more bloated. Even on a low does as I'm on now I have to use it.

NO not always needed. I never need it. for some reason my estrogen jumped off the charts outta the blue. So of coarse I am gonna use something. but taking AI or nolva just cuz is not needed. why would you?

yea i usually start a test cycle and wait and sure enough everytime around week 3 sensative nips. 10mg nolv and gone.

Correct, the only thing that's different is I'm on a long acting masteron that's kicked into full gear as of late. Got some adex, looking better now.. 1mg a week , already looking more chiseled

yeah me too...i stopped using AI's (ppl like u told me not to haha) but brought them back recently. However I really liked just using nolv 10mg ED (SERM) seemed to be the best of both worlds - reducing water and not hindering gains. Letro was ridiculous killed all estrogen. I have also used adex .25 eod (which is low compared to most .5 eod) seems good to0. I cant prove it but the nolva helped keep my balls from shrinking even while on cycle.
