    Just picked up a few bottles of this oil based suspension 100mg/ml

    Last time I tried suspension it would clog up and just was a pain in the ass so I didn't use it. So I'm excited to try this stuff out. I'm gonna shoot it in about a hour. We'll see how it goes.

    What is the goal and point? You going to shoot it everyday?

      My goal is to try it out and see if helps with my workouts, lifting more weight or aggression whatever. If its something that makes a huge difference I will shoot it everyday.

        I guess what I am saying is when I think of something like suspension I think of power lifting and bulking. Just make sure you keep your goals in mind in terms of dropping those extra lbs.

        Remember what I told you, when you are cutting its very easy to convince yourself to go back to bulking because you feel smaller when you have a shirt on etc..

          It's a total mind fuck trying to reduce cals and increase cardio. Little things send my mind into chaos. Like my watch suddenly getting looser around my wrist or like you said shirts not being as full. I want to down a pizza and go lift heavy, lol. Then I get out of the shower and realize my abs needs more work and lower bf. Then its clean lower cals and increased cardio. Then someone asks...you thinning out.....fuuuck here we go again, lol.

            exactly, its a viscous circle. we all want to look like a fucken monster in the gym. but you have to tell yourself. if you look like shit when you take your shirt off WTF is the point of it all?

            people dont realize that once you get lean, your body reacts much better to drugs. you see constant changes. nothing looks more impressive then tight waist and wide shoulders. wide shoulders and wide waist only looks impressive with clothes on.
