Thanx man, appreciate it  Yeah, I know, that's why I got worried in the first place :( but due to cholesterol values and they couldn't get better in few weeks just suddenly, it had to be high estro cause my diet has always been pretty much clean. Except if ckd/tkd diet in conjuction with using fat burner suddenly agrivated the situation more (in conjuction with high estro).

Good to hear, sounds like you got a clean bill of health. Never ignore high BP. It will kill you. Suddenly.

Reporting back cause been at my doc this morning, got my blood results back. So, got checked pretty much everything from lipids to liver and kidney enzimes. Now it's about 3months after my last test shoot. Everything in check, she sad it's even more then ok :) Cause been worried about bp i'll put here my cholesterol values:
Whole cholesterol: 2,46 mmol/L (4.0 - 5.7)
LDL: 1,30 mmol/L (2.0 - 3.9)
HDL: 2,40 mmol/L (over 1.4)
She said this is perfect and also checked my bp, both tmes in the morning...last week was 113/70, this morning was 125/65. I had low bp even before I started juicing. My HR was both times pretty low, 45-50 in the morning, so she sent me to see cardiologist just to be sure. Now I'm feeling better but still not as I should, but this is due letro. Anyway, will get my thyroid checked in addition just to be on the safe side :) So that being sad when I experienced high bp few weeks ago due period of time it must have been caused either by high estro or diet.

Thanx for info man!
No, not using jacked, I also eliminated caffeine 4weeks ago...i drink only green tee, 3-4 cups a day. I'm taking pure free crystalline form of L-Arginine, 500mg per cap, nothing else added...with each meal, so 5-6 kaps per day. It's pure so I think it can only help in terms of increasing blood circulation(thus lowering bp) and it should have a positive impact on cholesterol to. Could be I'm not taking enough though. Have I missed something maybe?Last edited by vinnie1938; 08-20-12, 08:33 AM.

good point about the jacked and arginine etc.. you need a ton of water to avoid dehydration.Originally posted by inkslinger View PostVinnie,
How are you taking your arginine? Are you using jacked 3d or something similar? Curious cuz my cousin had similar issues when he was on letro, cramping, high bp, headaches..
Once we removed arginine things went back to normal. He was using jacked which also has caffeine but a lot of those products have a stimulant and aren't supposed to be taken every day

how about you go to doc and just say my bp is high give me something for it. you dont have to say "im on whatever".Originally posted by vinnie1938 View PostI know and I'm already paranoid about it :( here in europe is not that easy to just go to my doc and say...i'm on whatever, give me something for high bp :(

My point is that you need to determine if your BP is being caused by the gear or something else you are taking. If yes, then you need to get off it asap. If no, that is, if the root cause is something else - stress, etc. or even genetic, then you need to take care of that asap. Hypertension control has evolved quite a bit, with ACE inhibitors, etc.
A BP is of 169 or 170 is not an inconvenient side effect. It is seriously harmful to your health.

Wish it was only that :) No, serious...i'm not saying it's letro for sure, but this two things are happening now. Cramps, which are gettin better (added pottassium) and higher bp. I had problems with bp a few weeks before letro, i was on nolva that time. I'm quite certaint it was due high estrogen but now the bloat is much better, so bp should be getting normal...but it isn't. So basically i would like to get to the bottom of this.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Posti dont think it has anything to do with letro itself. think your a bit of a hypochondriac bro, the other day you were asking if letro caused cramps in your calves.
Again, not sure about letro causing this, just wan't some help understanding all of this.
Thanx.
