yup not a good idea at all. making it turns a charge from a slap on the wrist to jail even if it is just for you.
besides all the stuff you need cost to much to just make yourself a few cycles. you will be tempted to sell then you really going to jail. fuck that pay a few bucks more buy domestic and be happy you are free and huge.

we dont talk about that stuff here its against the rules. but I am sure if you stick around long enough someone will point you in the right direction.

what ever you decide on I would not order anything off a website.
