          400 for 15-20 weeks if i remember. im naturally veiny and tight so maybe thats why i didnt notice much.

              It's crazy that you guys are talking about energy. My energy has been way up! I really feel better than I have in a long time! I thought it was from that damn honey bee pollen I've been eating!!! Maybe its the EQ?? I never knew that EQ did that.
