Will be coming off a 16 week cycle of running test E @ 500mg a week. will be waiting 2 weeks than begining nolva @ recomended dose of 40mg a day for 2 weeks than 20 mg a day for 2 weeks. Just want to make sure that is ok or see if anyone has an opinion on my cycle. Thank u

thats what i would do. maybe run nolv at 10mg and additional 2 weeks.

We use NOLVA as PCT as well as some CLOMID for 3 weeks.
