          Question for you - as you know I am natty and not everything that worked for you will work for me, but did you find LISS cardio or taking your diet to the next level to be the key to getting ripped? I am at about 10-11% and while I have no problem getting lower than that, it is usually accompanied by some muscle loss. That's never been a problem for me, as my goals were usually related to speed and agility rather than size, but now, I am looking to get into single digits without losing whatever little size I have. Hard to do as natty?

            lmao if anyone got in my head its how great beast looked on that cycle and made me wonder what that amount of drugs would do for me considering i have never used 1/4th of that amount.

            rocket you know damn well standing next to me you look like a turd. widen those shoulders and tighten that waist drop about 20 lbs of fat and 10lbs of water then come talk to your superior son! :weights:

                  Scrum it was the combination of both. I was doing 45 mins twice a day low intensity cardio (mostly stationary bike)

                  Also since you are a vegeterian, you'll be happy to know that my body took an amazing turn when I started to juice vegetables. I was going through almost half a gallon a juice a day and I felt incredible.

                  Here was my diet for the last four weeks. Super basic nothing fancy.

                  Meal one.

                  Six egg whites, one yolk, half of cup of oatmeal with two table spoon of flaxseed oil.

                  Meal two.

                  5oz of ground turkey, cup of brown rice or small baked yam, half pound of steam vegetables with half an avocado.

                  Meal three and four are the same.

                  Meal five.

                  5oz of chicken breast with half of pound of vegetables with table spoon of flaxseed oil.

                  Meal six.

                  6oz of salmon half of pound of steam vegetables. No oil needed for the vegetables because of the salmon.

                  I was drinking gallon and a half water, and almost half of a gallon juice and a couple of cups of black coffee a day.

                  Also I was lifting super light and easy every other day so I had post workout shakes every other day.

                  From what I remember this was pretty much it. If I can remember anything else I'll post.

                  And thanks again guys. This is getting me fired up again. I'm going out to food vegetable shopping damn it. I'm gonna start juicing again. :D

                    very good post beast. wish you would post more shit like this because you have a lot of experience and have been there. one of your best threads ever for sure.

                    any particular type of juice you liked best? i will give it a try what the hell. like what veggies, fruit etc.. did you juice?

                      Typical combination of fruits and vegetables would be...

                      8 carrots.

                      1/2 spinach.

                      2 mid size beets

                      6 asparagus.

                      2 apple.

                      1/2 bunch of parsley.

                      1 tiny piece of ginger. When I say tiny I mean tiny. That sucker can ruin the gallon of juice in an instant.

                      And maybe couple of oranges.

                                im not sure bro, with all those drugs you could eat mcdondalds all day and something would change.
