My buddy just ran his first cycle 500mg a week 12 weeks. He did his last shot today but hehas sore nipples and he says can feel a lump. Should he just wait and start his pct in a couple weeks or can he do like 10mg nolvadex now and then in a couple weeks bump it up to 40 and do his pct?
