      No worries fella!

      I reviewed my diet over the past couple of weeks and there has been more salt than I should have on a daily basis, so I'll put it down to that!

      Diet was:

      05:30 - oatmeal & protein shake
      07:30 - oatmeal & protein shake (post workout)
      10:00 - oatmeal & protein (see a patern!?)
      13:00 - chicken, sweet potato, broccoli
      15:00 - chicken, sweet potato, broccoli
      18:00 - oatmeal & protein shake
      21:00 - chicken, sweet potato and vegatables

      Past two weeks:
      05:30 - oatmeal & protein shake
      07:30 - oatmeal & protein shake (post workout)
      10:00 - oatmeal & protein (see a patern!?)
      13:00 - tuna salad wrap
      15:00 - tuna salad wrap
      18:00 - oatmeal & protein shake
      21:00 - chicken pasta with cheese

      The wraps account for 112% of a daily salt intake, this isn't taking into account the salt included in pasta sauce and cheese.

      So..... I think this could be the main contributor to the severe pumps, Bouncer's comment pointed me in the right direction - Cheers.

      Oh, also 3 packs of Oreo's each day.

        way to many shakes bro you need to eat real food. but i am novice when it comes to diets!

          rockets right. protein shakes are your main source of protein. they should not be. they should be there to SUPPLEMENT your diet.

          you dont need to eat 7 times a day.

          make the meals slightly bigger and eat 5 times a day.

            Yeah, I'm hearing ya.

            Protein shakes are really conveinent at work, I'll go for the fewer and bigger as you suggest.

              you can try Tbol maybe next time to see if it swells muscle less.

                I backed down to 30mg yesterday and zilch today, into my 4th week anyhow so lesson for next cycle I guess. If I'm still about!

                I was ok on 40mg but 50mg seems to have pushed the envelope a little too far. Waiting for the test to kick in!!

                Mate gave me some Deca... dunno if its too late to throw that in the mix we'll see :D

                    Dude. TBH I'm all over the place.

                    I'm 41 in a couple of weeks, last cycle was bunk, this cycle I'm hoping will be better.

                    I have the gear for 4 weeks of dbol (done and dusted) and enough test-e for 16 weeks (11 left - maths is correct, fucked 2nd and 3rd amps!!).

                    I'm thinking at present.... splitting the test-e into 500mg ew with deca 250mg ew for 12 weeks, then dropping to 250 ew for 12 or 24 weeks then going back to 500mg with 250mg deca ew for 12 weeks etc.... I want to try tren at some stage but dont know if I could handle it.

                    Live like a mortal or die like a God.... sick of normality, love my kids but I'd sooner them say my dad was a fucking geezer than he was a fat fucking IT twat.........

                      in my experience dont run deca unless you have enough test running through you. i ran an even 250/250 ratio of test and deca once and felt horrible. no sex drive, depressed etc..

                      i wouldnt even run deca at 200mgs per week unless i was on at least 500mgs of test.

                      that said, i respond horribly to any progesterone steroids.

                        I might keep the Deca until the second 'cycle' but as I say I might just reduce the test-e for a while and then blast with Deca.

                          telling ya, reducing test and blasting deca = bad idea. :disagree:

                          wtf you in a rush to come off test anyway for? I been on for like 4 months and i might up the dose in a few weeks. :D take to many steps back comming off.

                            Hey dude!!!

                            I thought it was 16 weeks MAX for a test-e cycle, with the norm being 12.

                            SO... I was thinking 16 weeks of test-e at 500mg then dropping to 250mg for 12 or 24 weeks before going back up to 500mg for another 16 weeks.

                            I'm in no rush to come off at all, believe me!

                              bro at your age coming off is only a safety issue. your natural test levels are pretty low and they just aren't going to come back high enough to hold onto the muscle you gained.

                              my advice to you. forget deca and dbol. test and gh is what you need. stay on the test at 250mgs per week in your low phase and then bump it up into 500mgs per week when you want to run a "cycle". gh 3-4iu per day.

                              make sure you are getting blood work at least once per year.

                                How long would you say I should stay on 500mg for before going for the cruise? 16 weeks?

                                I've been thinking of gh, so I'll do some research (including suppliers) and I'll be back with some numpty questions. Get ready to suck ya gums and sigh! :D
