    Any thoughts on this?

    The idea is that its easier to maintain progress then it is to make it. So you blast through a plateau with high doses, once desired effect is achieved back to normal doses.

    The downside for me I think is the mentality of once I get "desired effect" I would want more and lowering the dose would feel like I am losing something.

    Just thinking out loud, not doing this now or anytime soon. Happy right now with 500mg Test and 4iu gh.

    Agreed, a problem with that is our body dysmorphia issues. Our "goals" are rarely achieved (mentally) because once we get to the original desired look, it's no longer good enough. So the short blasts turn into long high dose cycles.

      Bouncer, what about blasting by completely changing your workout? I know you typically do 1 bodypart per day and typically do the same exercises for each bodypart. Why not blast with 2-3 weeks of crossfit workouts, bodyweight only and then come back to your bodybuilding and see how you feel?

        while i understand the idea and it makes sense, that's not really what i am asking. besides i dont really see myself doing crossfit as great as it may be. :)

          yes crossfit is not what you are after and 2 weeks of it would do nothing for you anyways. a guy your size would just get hurt anyways. lol you should see some of the retarded workouts they have you do.
          over all the idea of it is great but some of it is just stupid

          but to your OG question. I think BLM hit it as you are going to your goal it will change and then you will be on 500mgs for life.

          I think it would be and is a good idea if you actually plan the cycle instead of goal or just untill you say your done. I think that will be more healthy and safe. No matter the out come stick to the plan but of coarse plan it well first.
          I would also get blood work more often I have never read anything about your blood work. I know you do it but I think more other is better specially if you stay on. Hemoglobin. liver and good and bad cholesterol are the ones that always jump out I would check along with the prostate one forget the name?
