You say it takes a month to kick in, should I low doze to start with then if the first month is wasted
for me it took more like 2 months to really notice. little things here or there but dont even look for results for 2 months IMO.
no, dont low dose or high dose. just consistent 4iu every day. lot of people have a problem with being consistent on something they aren't seeing much results from, just have to stick to it.
again though, everyone is different. i can only talk from my experience and how my body responds.
if anything it might be smart to high dose it the first month or 2. something like 6iu per day then drop to 4 after a month.
yes this is what I was gonna say the more you take the faster it sems to work. I started and 5 and 6 ius per day for a few months then dropped to 4ius now on 2.5 seems to work almost the same. not quite the same but close enough. I also am not fully comited to gym or not even close on diet is why just 2.5 ius right now.but it seems to keep fat away specialy if you seen the shit I eat day to day
beside the 2.5 is plent for all the health I want from it. IGF levels are still over the limit also so I am happy with it for now. next yr when I go hard I will see all the real benefits of this yrs GH
