Their prami is good stuff. Advice: start very low dose like .25mg and slowly work up to 1mg/day...and I mean slowly. Take .2mg at night for like 3-4 days then up it to .3mg and so on until you hit 1mg.

highest quality out there... not always the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I tried many others and the quality isn't even close.
