What product is that? It’s called GW-501516, GW-1516 or GW for short. Over the past months research and feedback into this compound has been booming with positive results and demand has skyrocketed.
Ok so if you don’t already know what GW is you may be thinking “what’s so special about this compound, spill it already”. Well here is a little bit about GW and why I feel it will continue to grow in its research with no slowing down anytime soon.
GW affects the peroxisome proliferator receptor (PPR) in the body and is considered a compound in a class called peroxisome proliferator activated receptor modulators (PPARM’s). This is very important because PPAR’s effect many biological processes in the body.
GW has a wide variety of effects in the body such as cell energy metabolism, insulin secretion, fatty acid oxidation, and even affects muscle inflammation and damage (in a positive way). In energy metabolism GW was shown to improve mitochondrial morphology in palmitate treated b-cells and this showed to heighten the energy levels in research subjects.
This GW compound is an amazing compound to work with for many reasons, but the main one that is being talked about right now and that researchers are raving about is GW’s fat-loss enhancing abilities! GW shows these abilities on many different levels. It will not only higher the test subjects metabolism leading the way to enhanced fat-loss, but will also change the way the body handles fat in the blood and how insulin is released into the body. All these positive findings are what give GW its amazingly powerful fat-loss enhancing qualities. These findings have shown that GW may even be a possible future treatment for various diseases and is currently being looked at for treating diseases such as dyslipidemia and obesity.

GW has shown to elicit cardiovascular protection possibly due to its actions in decreasing insulin spikes as found in current research. This leads me to believe that the cardio protective actions found in GW in research subjects with obesity are not only related to the fat-loss enhancing qualities of GW itself but also its positive effects on insulin secretion and also its effects on dyslipidemia. GW shows its positive effects in dyslipidemia by preventing the down-regulation of AMPK that can be caused by high fat or subpar diets. GW does this by amplifying the PGC-1a-Lipin 1-PPAR pathway and this gives rise to increased fatty acid oxidation in the blood. To put it simply it can lower cholesterol levels in most settings of research and of course we know high cholesterol levels can negatively impact heart health.
With GW offering muscular protection and enhancement, along with obviously extreme abilities in enhancing fat-loss, I just don’t see GW research slowing down anytime soon and the feedback from researchers has been wonderful. I am happy to now have enough research data on GW-1516 to put this article together for you all, explaining the many known benefits to GW research.
