After lots of discussion, diet, supplements, combination of exercises. I came up with below cycle to be my first cycle. Comments and suggestions are appreciated.

Age: 30
Sex: male
Height: 181
Weight: 176
Bf: 15% (going to drop at least 2% more before going on cycle)
Weight lifting experience: regular last 3 years
Cycle history: non
Physical condition: healthy/strong
Allergies: non

Main Cycle
Cycle Duration: 12 weeks
Testosterone Enanthate: 500MG EW (250MG Monday, 250MG Thursday)
HCG: 50MG EW (25MG Sunday, 25MG Wednesday)
Adex: 0.25MG EOD (AI Purposes)

HCG: 50MG EW (25MG Sunday, 25MG Wednesday) - 3 more pins after cycle finishes (same routine Sunday and Wednesday)

PCT - Post Cycle Therapy
PCT Duration: 4 Weeks

(every day dose)
Week 1: Clomid 75MG and Nolva 40MG
Week 2: Clomid 50MG and Nolva 40MG
Week 3: Clomid 50MG and Nolva 20MG
Week 4: Clomid 50MG and Nolva 20MG

personally i think you are making it to complicated bro.

i dont think you need HCG or adex. i also dont think you need to split of the shots, just one shot 500mgs per week is fine.

pct i prefer nolvadex alone. works the safe as clomid only better and with less sides.

Don't you think these things are required for stable cycle, any reason you wanna lower the dose and take off HCG and AI?

I don't think he means lower the dose. Just no point in splitting the shots. Do test e once a week.

I would love to as I hate pins :) just thinking may be my body is not used to 500 at once so should I split for couple of weeks and then start doing 1 shot

I always split my enanthate shots up. My biggest reason is that I'm not cool with shooting a larger volume at once. Although I believe as well there's some falloff as to blood concentrations with once a week. Didn't someone post an enanthate chart not long ago?

No, I dont think they are required for a "stable cycle" when you are only running test. I have been doing it a long time bro and have never run HCG in my life. AI will kill some of the gains. i prefer nolvadex on cycle to prevent gyno rather then an AI.

nolvadex is a wonder drug for me. i run it on cycle to prevent gyno and i use it as a PCT to bring normal test levels back. without it, i would have gyno on even the smallest dose of test.

thats what the "E" part of your test E cycle is about. think of it as a time release. its not like you are shooting test prop or test suspension all at once. i have always shot once per week have never had an issue.

think its one of those "on paper" deals. try it once a week vs twice per week shots for a couple months and see if you notice any difference at all in terms of results.
