    Yes, another libido question.

A good friend of mine that has been on 400 mg test only per week for nearly 2 years is now says he is starting to have libido issues. He claims he has no erectile dysfunction but his desire for and passion (feeling) during is non existent. He's 40 yr old and has no plans of coming off.

Would hcg help or is it maybe an estrogen issue at this point?

He has not used any type of ancillary, ever. Hell if it wasn't for me he'd be using the same pin for everything.

I assume you are talking about test. The obvious question, is he sure its real? Maybe its a brand that was once good and now it isn't?

I can understand your body getting use to the test and sex drive not being as high as when you started but I cannot understand getting to the point where he is with his libido being so low on 400 mgs.

I don't know what brand he was using for the first year and a half but for the last 6 months he has been using the same brand as you and I.

No idea then bro. I cannot imagine being on 400mgs and having low sex drive. I'm on 300 and my shit is a bit ridiculous.

i dont see his age being a factor either. 40 isnt all that old. 40 on 400mgs of test and he should be just fine.

you may be on to something with his estrogen levels. could always try low dose adex.

Hcg stimulates lsh/fsh which is crucial for sperm fertilization. If he has insurance, have his dr get an mri done on his pituitary with contrast done. That will tell and solve everything; trust me :) i bet his pituitary stopped signaling his testes and other shit as well. Take it from me; a person that's had more tests and blood work done than someone who's dying and just because.

In this situation i wouldn't advise adex or anything that kills estro. If anything he needs estro for a libido.

Seems contrary to anything I have read.

if you have no estrogen or too much of it...that's an issue...there has to be a balance....trust me ive been there and i speak from my past experiences with it and also trying to have another child.....you can all the drugs in the world....but if the pituitary isn't working right....no drugs that we can acquire without a script will help. Our pituitary is second to our heart in us functioning and living well.

                    Obviously. Hence the discussion.

Hcg will not help...well it seems in his case based on ur description. As to why i would tell him to ask his dr for a pituitary mri with contrast. Hcg will and can mimic lsh fsh levels but that could/would be just a temp fix if his pituitary is screwed up.

Ok so I'm reading this post again. I was driving as I was posting.

So he has no ED, meaning he can get it and maintain it hard correct?

                        Now the libido part;

Is he on any meds? Any?

Have they gone from having sex as frequent to quite less? It's weird because him being on test he's having these issues; I've been there myself as to why they did an MRI and found out that my pituitary was not sending signals to produce lsh/fsh which plays a role in ALL areas in our lower department.

Anyways, just thought I'd post once more. I think you get the idea of what he should do. Keep us posted.

From what he has told me, no, no problems getting or maintaining an erection. He just has no drive. He said when he thinks about sex now he could care less but he takes care of his wife so she doesn't stray, lol.

Well maybe it's a mental thing for him now...Maybe they're having issues or he's having other things to look at, if you know what I mean:)

If his dick gets hard, can keep hard, satisfy his woman and ejaculate, BUT have no desire to have sex with her specifically....Well it could be him or her or both lol.

I was there once when I was married...My ex wife is one beautiful woman and still is(although bouncer wants to kill her lol)....but towards the end of our marriage bro, I truly didn't want to tap that ass; no lie. I was just turned off.

I really doubt it's mental. He said he feels that way regardless if it's his wife he's thinking about, sexy eye candy, or watching porn.

I think his estrogen is above normal. A small dose of adex is worth a shot, imo.
