Female beginner needing some help/advice
I am a 36 yr old female about to start using either winstrol or trembol and do not know for sure how much to start off with and how often... Any help or advice would b greatly appreciated

To answer your question we need more info. Do you have experiance with steroids or is this your first time?
As you should know, steroids can have irreversable physical effects especially for woman.
What are your current stats? How often do you workout and what does your diet look like? These things should be nailed down before considering steroids.
