      I agree. The bro science always was its best to take in the morning because thats when natty GH is at its lowest and you want to create that spike. That might look good on paper but in the real world the results will be the same as long as the GH is real.

          Now that Im in the off season, I take my gh at 10iu after workouts only. When I'm dieting, I take it also at night for the fat burn effect.

                  I'm a big believer in a few ideas... The body likes consistency.... And enjoys being shocked every now and then.... (Think about competition dieting with one cheat meal during the week, how did you look the day after the cheat meal).... Now with that said.... I say ED is best.... Your keeping your body as consistant as possible... not feeding it for 5 and then forgetting about it for 2.... and 3 IU's 5 days on 2 days off.... 15 IU's..... 2 IU's 7 days.... 14 IU's..... So feel free just to go a hair over the line for 2 IU's... Call me crazy, maybe its just a mental thing, but it always makes me feel better when I dose a hair over the line. :D

                    but I do agree with consistancy. that is one thing for sure I noticed about GH. you read all this shit take at this time it works best ect ect ect well consistance with GH and it dont matter when you take it.

                    saying that I never tried to take 2 days off or what ever so I cant not relly say it wont work

                      I'm far from rich, I just know where to get it to make it economical. I take 10iu after workout, on training days. When I'm dieting, I like to take 5ius after wo and 5ius at bed for fat burn.

                          I have decided against using GH for the time being, waste of money for me right now. I don't have any body fat to lose and @ 600mgs per week the test is doing a great job at filling me out.
