I don't aspirate, if you were injecting into a vein you would know it right away. Doc's and nurses never aspirate.

Side delt and no you dont need help to do it. Towel down on bathroom sink, pillow on floor, get down on your knees and rest your arms on the sink. Relax the shoulder and arm leaning on sink and reach across.

Don't want to hijack your thread Bouncer but when you said you now inject bi-weekly it made me wonder if one were to run HCG throughout their cycle like people say to do when would be the best time to shoot it??

I don't know anything about HCG bro. My personal opinion is that its a bunch of rubbish.

UPDATE

Small update since changing over to 2 shots per week.

Mood seems more stable on twice weekly shots. Sex drive is a bit higher, and I have gained 2 lbs. Though keep in mind I can go up or down 10lbs in a single weekend. Was hoping that the twice weekly shots would allow me to run test without nolv because of the more balanced test levels. Not the case, came off nolv for the weekend and nip puffed up a bit. I just cannot run test without nolv. Only 10mg per day but still would rather not have to run it at all.

P.S. Delt shots definitely give your delts a more round 3d appearance, even if it temporary the effects last a week or so in each delt. Love it.

I'm the same way with nolva. I have to run it even with my test dose at 300mg/week. Right now I'm running nolva at 5mg a day. Trying to run it at the lowest dose needed.

Yea, same here, 5 just isnt enough to combat 600mgs of test though. Had to bump it up.

Yea I always need nolv. I started that low dose cruise cycle thinking I wouldnt need it but after like a month had to jump on.

Sensitive but sexy. The price we pay for looking like gods bro, most people just don't know our pain. :(

UPDATE

Surprisingly, I had to up the dose of nolvadex since switching over to 2 shots per week instead of one. .8ml is the current dose.

I thought hormone levels would be more stable at 2 shots per week but apparently my body thinks otherwise. No doubt I would have some tits right now if I didn't have nolv.
