Injection and blood vessel

Hey guys,
I went to inject on my quads today, and when I pulled it off there was a lot of blood, and a little on the injection itself(inside). Now my shoulders have purple marks on them(both sides on top, close to the traps).

Did I hit a blood vessel or vein, or what's going on??
