Comming off-Last shot today PCT?

Well, I took my last shot today. I came in at 205 5'11 and finished at 238. Total of 33lbs. Sounds crazy. I had my bf tested a few weeks back and after 1 month I only went up 0.8%bf. Sooo.... I think at most I went up 2.5% now. Its all good, by 34in pants still fit, just snug.

PCT: How you guys think I should run my Nolva and Clomid. They are BOTH 50mg pills each. When, how much. I was taking Aratest, which is 200mg Enen and 50mg Prop. Thanks

the general method is 300mgs day one, 100mgs for the next 10 days, and 50mgs for the last 10 days...21 days total
I dont use novla along with clomid, but Id say that for the first half 50mgs ed, and then half a tab for the second half

Sounds like a successful cycle. Congrats. As Doom stated - clomid- 300mg day 1, 100 next 10, 50 next 10. I am not aware of any 50mg nolvadex. As far as I know it only comes in 10,20,30, or 40mg. So depending on what you have, 40mg first 10, 20mg next 10.
