  • Is coming off best for the body?

I hate feeling "normal" but I also want to live to a ripe old age. Looking and feeling good leads to a better quality of life but I don't think I would trade quality of life over quantity of years lived. Obviously oral aas take a toll on the body but if one sticks to the basics of test and the occasional addition of another injectable at reasonable dosages is coming off necessary? When you do come off your body is simply fighting to return to the normal that you weren't happy with before you ran the cycle, furthermore a large part of your gains diminish during this time so what's the verdict?

I'm fighting with the same decision right now. Even though science say you have to come off and give your receptors a break, body and mind says the otherwise.

And I can see the point you are making about coming off and feeling/looking like crap. So I think the best thing to do is drop your test level down to HRT level and stay with it for a while.

Just how bad are orals though, seriously. I dont think the stuff is all that bad. Ive been on Dianabol for 2months now and want to run it for 2 more. Just 20 mgs for four months. Now signs that my liver is taking a beating or low libido and no ball shringage. Im really experimenting with D-bol, low dose long cycle. Not trying to overtake your thread but I dont think low doses for long periods of time will negatively affect your health or shorten life span. No studys out there prove otherwise.

LOL there is plenty of evidence and proof that orals fuck your liver values up big time and longer you stay on them worst they are for your liver. Look up on something simple like tylenol causing liver damage and you'll see how bad the orals are for your liver. Just because you don't feel bad doesn't mean you are not causing any harm. I've known people who died from liver cancer and they didn't feel bad until almost the day they died. Liver is a funny organ I tell you.

Also read up on the Rocket's blood thickening thread and you'll see that even a low dose cycle of test and hgh will cause your blood to thicken and fuck shit up for you. So the long story short you have to come off and give your body a break. The old formula of time on = time off still stands true but most of us choose to ignore it these days.

you eventually have to come off even with TRT dosages.

just cuz you dont feel bad dont mean you aint getting beat to shit on the insides. go give blood and get the real picture. you might be right but you might be wrong

I agree with others if you drop to trt dose like 100-150 per week and all blood work is fine you dont have to come off.
I do see a risk of not having kids by staying on and maybe never being able to turn your natty test back on. these are things that could happen but only way to know is do it,lol

I cycled on and off for years and just last year felt like death when off so i decided to never come off agin. at 150mgs all my blood is good my HRT doc is happy and I feel normal/good

I think everyone here knows how I feel about this issue so I will keep it short and to the point.

We are polar opposites. I would rather live a shorter life above average then a longer life as an average joe. I dont like who I am mentally or physically off steroids. It's a deal with the devil that I am willing to make.

That's not to say I have a death wish, but "ripe old age" is not something that interest me.

I just meant Body will need a break. i think bad blood work is unavoidable with long term aas even a low dosages what I've seen. The time off may be brief to allow numbers to drop then jump back on again

What you are saying is just plain stupid. There is nothing wrong with taking two months off and giving your body a break. It's not the quick death I worry about, its the slow and painful one.

Having a liver or kidney failure is not a joke and not a fun way of living.
