  • Deca

I’m almost 3 weeks into my cycle (300mg test & 120mg deca every 5 days). I’m keeping my deca at a very low dose since I’m sensitive to gyno. I’ve notice the last couple nights I’m not tired and have a lot of difficulty sleeping. I’m very sensitive to any kind of stimulant. Has anyone noticed issues sleeping while on deca? I ran deca one time years ago but I didn’t remember this happening. I don’t want to drop it because I’m hoping it helps with some pain I’ve been having in my forearm but I may have to if I don’t start sleeping soon.

I've never noticed that deca had any effect on sleep.

Test can give you that side but im sure youve ran test before without that side. I would try dropping the test a little and see if there is a diff

I've ran test at higher doses before and never had the issue. I dropped the deca for now and I'll see how it goes. Guessing it will take about 2 weeks to get out of my system.

If I sleep well, I know I've got weak tren.

I can't touch tren for that reason. I have been sleeping better the last couple nights. Def thinking the deca was causing it. Just sticking with test for now.

Update - Still seem to have the sleeping issue. I feel like my heart is beating faster than it should. I really only notice this at night when I'm resting and trying to sleep. I tried lowering my test dose from 300mg every 5 days to every 6 days (421mg/week to 350mg/week). Haven't noticed any changes. I've ran much higher test doses in the past and never noticed this before. Anyone else experience this before?

Chad, I'd be inclined to stop the cycle completely if I felt in any way my heart was being affected. Are you on anything else? Rx or otc?

No, I'm not. It's not like my heart is racing but I feel the beats are more noticeable if that makes any sense. lol I average about 70 beats per minute right now but I'm not sure what it was before I started the cycle.

You know, now that I think of it, I did have trouble sleeping on high test.

That would make more sense my my dose is very low. Well... at least I think so.

It does seem like it is getting better. Maybe it wasn't even related to my cycle. :dunno:

There are so many factors that can screw up your sleep. For the last three weeks I have been cruising on 6oomg test and 300mg eq, and I've been sleeping like a baby. I'm thinkin just using high amounts of aas disrupts sleeping patterns.
