    Starting a low dose cycle of test e tomorrow.

    Will pin 200mgs once a week (i hate shots)- but interested to see whether you guys think i should split this into twice weekly?

    diet is spot on at the moment really proud of it. spent alot of time getting training and diet perfect before considering jumping back on again.

    not taking any supplements either other than a pea protein isolate shake pwo.

    currently sitting at 110kgs prob 18% bf. (when i started training 8 weeks ago i was 122kgs and couldnt bench the bar - now benching 100kg)

    my aim with the test is to give me back the aggression and vitality i had when i was on before. finding it hard to train naturally and am constantly sore. hence the low dose not looking to stack on heaps of mass - maybe lean out some too.

    B im keen on hearing your thoughts.

    You were in an accident correct?

    200mgs once a week should make you feel better if your natty test levels are low. No need to shoot twice per week.

    If it were me, I would add in a multi-vit EOD, fish oil ED (6 caps split up into 2 doses), and creatine ED (5 grams before training). I would also replace the pea protein with whey or real food like chicken and oats.

    I know you say your diet is "spot on" but I cant tell you how many people I have heard say the exact same thing when their diet actually looks like shit. lol. Post it up.

      200mgs will get you over or real high on the natty chart.
      i take 150 and that puts me at 900 4 days later

      if you have estrogen issues splitting dose will help some. if no estro issues 1 time is fine

        don't split 200mg twice per week. its a waste.

        you should tighten up nicely with this... GHRP2 in the AM and PM wouldn't hurt either.

          B here is my diet. Its a new food service in Australia for bodybuilding.

          Why would you swap the pea for whey? I generally use it because i dont get any bloat - but thats about it. If there was a benefit of swapping I'd like to know.

            Also shouldve mentioned - I dont eat any of the sauces that come with this and my breakfast is 2 poached eggs + 3 whites and quinoa.
