I LOVE the IGF-1 peptides!
I rec 2ish hrs POST WO. some like it preWO for the "pump" i say fuck the pump! I want gains and i feel they are a bit better taking it about 2hr after workout and/or a few hrs before . ( letting your bodies natural growth factors have a chance after a heavy WO)
I rec for des:
10-20mcg 2X a day for 4-8 weeks
or lr3 30-60mcg 1x a day for 6-8 weeks
I personally love the stuff.
But dont expect aas type gains off ONE cycle, but over time and and a few cycles its great! also nice for cutting or in between cycles, but i rec it ON cycle mostly.

I heard a lot of positive things about DES.
I just started a little IGF1 Des run myself this week. Im on hrt till sept when i will do a bulk cycle of high test + some deca and var and probibly another run of Des in there some place..
But for now on my hrt its 200mg test ew + 15mcg Des 1-2x a day. only been less then a week and I am feeling a bit fuller in the muscle ( been trimming up recently so probably why i notice it already since i have been a bit "flat" the last couple weeks)
Goal? To hold mass and add a bit while on hrt and maintenance diet.
