    Alright, in my short time here;) Haven't really posted a program..so here we go. Enough time off has been taken to get fat and slow, gonna change things up a wee bit...back in the saddle. Hell there may even be Crossfit...ya I said it:retard:

    5'9 210

    500 Test E
    200 Tren E---New compound. But after comprehensive research its potential can't be overlooked for what needs to be done and a low/moderate dosage should be adequate with proper diet. If it doesn't agree it can be dropped easily enough.

    Armidex and HCG on cycle at appropriate dosage. Use of them both on cycle,IMO, is a good thing.

    Nutrition will be
    To Start
    Calories 2,600
    Total Fat 80g
    Total Carbs 180g
    Protein 280g

    Resolving at in a couple of weeks:

    Calories 2,200
    Total Fat 80g
    Total Carbs 80g
    Protein 280g

    With an increase in carbs potentially on rest days depending on how its feeling.

    Obviously with diet we are looking at lean meats, solid carb--oats, sweet potatoes, OREOS--I kid! And good fats.

    Thats it. Figure a ten to 12 week run and you should see some solid results regardless of body composition beforehand, and minimal loss of muscle. Thats the goal anyway.

    Maybe start with Tren A instead of E?? I know it sucks pinning all the time but if sides arise you can control them much faster.

    How long have you been off for? What's your bf%?

      Tren A could be used, its available for sure. A serious cycle hasn't been run for awhile, was running Test at 250 a week prior, going right into this. Thinking of HRT from here on out is a good bet. Feel a whole lot better for sure.

      Bodyfat is around 23% right now with calipers. Yup its alot. Never been really leaned out because my job can't support my diet. Train often, but often times eat whats available..could be MRE's for three months, just depends on where and what. So this will be interesting if can stay on the path so to speak.

        For me, I got a ton of sides with tren. Only ran it for part of my comp cycles. Now that I'm not competing I'll never touch it again. Amazing gains but horrible sides.

        I guess I'm fortunate with my diet. I have a microwave and small fridge in my office. I'm able to eat and work for the most part. That being said there are days when I have to travel and I eat my chicken and rice cold out of my cooler. Do you not have the time to eat with your work schedule?

          Im off work now. I work overseas, so the conditions are unfavorable to say the least. Why I figured I would take the time being home and dial everything in see what happens. Ya tren is definitely and unknown variable..making rethink that approach.

            I think the cycle is perfect and I am doing same but 450 test E
            at 200mgs tren if it fucks with you the dose is low enough it will be gone in 1 week anyways no worries there.
            I dont think the tren would work if you were "working" though you would be so hot you would over heat and prob never get any sleep. but since you are home. it is a perfect time

              What are the harsh Tren sides that so many people experience? I thought the insomnia and night sweats were the worst ones, what else is there? I've never ran it

                    Ya its a crazy compound to be sure. Making me think maybe a lesser dosage to start with may be more appropriate. Just hard to argue with the results if you can run it safely. The mood altering is the significant issue in my evaluation. Diet has always been the one thing that I had no control over, so regardless of dosage, I think that some good results should be dialed in if that factor is under a little more control.

                      What dosage would you propose in order to minimize sides and still get results?

                        Its hard to say because its really response specific..meaning simply that everyone is different in terms of risk vs. gain and reaction to a given compound. I would think 100mg per week a good starting point to entertain.

                          no I thnk 100 is to low if you can take 100 you can take 200.
                          I think the way you laid it out in first post is perfect 500 test and 200 tren :swoon:
