Would anyone recommend proviron roughly half way in to my cycle taking 1 daily or should I start now to reduce the risk of gyno?

Proviron never did anything for me in terms of gyno bro. If you havent already bought it, dont.

IMO no. Proviron is not very useful based on my experience.
