Anyone have any direct experience? Being old and beat up and still training this intrigues me. Any info or opinions appreciated.

Essentially it is being researched in the medical community as promoting wound healing. Outside of that vein, it is said to reduce inflammation, aid in recovery and strengthening of connective tissues..also said to increase strength and endurance in the BB community. Unfortunately it seems to be in its infancy and not much info is available on it in regards to training. I posted some relevant information below, but there isn't much out there.
I have heard varying dosages from 2 mg to 5 mg per week with a loading dosage of 6 weeks, then the same dosage once a month thereafter..again, not much in regards to human trials or protocols. But it is interesting.
