took my first shot in the delt today w\ 1.5cc's and it hurt like a mofo.. i felt it filling inside me and it felt like my arm was going numb. an hour later it just feels like a really bad charlie horse. what do you guys think hapened? oh and i used a 23g 1inch.

nothing.. u just gave urself a shot... maybe it was a bit too much for ya 1.5cc's... try doing 1cc next time...

if u hit a nerve u'd know it for sure..... lots of pain (sharp pain down ur arm), and numbness in ur arm/fingers for a while...
BUT i'm pretty sure that wasn't the case... every time u start a new muscle group u should start off slow... go with 0.5cc's and then work it up...
the pain u experienced is most likely due to the volume injected (created great pressure inside ur muscle - which the muscle isn't used to) and the ba/bb might have been responsible for the numbness...
put a heating pad on it, or take a hot shower... it'll go away...Comment

i dont know why but next time you do that delt it wont hurt as much then it eventually wont hurt at all.Comment

I would use an incher in the arms from now on. Should go plenty deep enough. Some nice heat on the shoulder should do the trick.Comment
