So after going back and forth on different ideas, I think I am going to go with something basic. I am getting married in 3.5 months so I might as well try to get it going. I am going to run test E at 400mg EW for 12 weeks. I am not trying to "get big" but obviously I want to continue muscle growth. Along side the test, I was thinking of running t3 and clen. I have never used t3 but have used clen once before. After searching the forum and looking at other people's opinions,here is my outline for how to run the t3/clen. Please correct it if I am way off
25mcg t3 each day
clen 60mcg and ramp up every 3rd day 20mcg until I get to 120 (if I can handle it) for 2 weeks. Then take 2 weeks off
Now my question to all that have used t3. I have heard 2 different things. Some say to stay on the t3 for up to 6 weeks then off, and others say to stay on the whole time. I was thinking staying on the whole time at 25mcg but I dont want to eff with the thyroid too much. Would it develop a dependency on such a low dose?
My other question is,is 25mcg too low? I know it is powerful but most people use it with GH to help the benefits and I am not on GH. I am running test e (which,yes I know makes you bloat) but Im not going crazy on the dose just to help with any muscle reducing aspects of the t3.Also, I am a wuss and dont want EOD prop injects.
Any thoughts and insights would be great
