I went to another doc I had from years ago. He is nicer to deal with and much more understanding. But he said the same thing: "drop 50 pounds and it will raise, you'll see"
Looking back at my blood work I have photocopies of from years ago. I had the same levels of T.T. at 240 lbs and 265 lbs....
    I'm 276 lbs now....
so this knocked my Total T in half?
I am also on Adex 0.25 mg E3D since last June that is no doubt just keeping my LH, FSH, T.T. just above normal.

Family doc told me to cut that out too. I'm not!

        It was 26 pmol/L (range: 31-94 pmol/L) last month.
        My Bio T was 7.1 nmol/L in July 2013 (range: 2.5-18.6 nmol/L)
another lab has BIO T range at: 3.5-11.3 nmol/L

Like I said been on Adex 0.25 mg E3D since last year when TRT was discontinued.
The levels would drop more If I stopped taking this I think.

My advice, lose some weight, get your diet in check, get on the treadmill. And if you want, get on some hormones. If it were me I would be on test 400-500mgs per week. Fuck trt, just get your own so you dont have to deal with that BS from the doc.

I dropped some weight already. But that's not what lowered my T.T. to hypogonadal levels. The Family doc is grasping at straws. People told me when someone is on TRT (steady dose of T) for prolonged period of time, that you ruin the HPTA.
It's not like staying on for a 2-3 month cycle and doing a PCT and having a better chance of recovery.

I didn't burn my bridge with TRT doc...so I am good for at least 200 mg/week of T pharm grade stuff.
            400-500 mg/week is a bit much for me bro....lol
            I understand your position though.

Bouncer did you ever get irritability when off everything for a while?
I have rages at present....not when on T.
            Low T causes rages....not high T.
You don't feel like doing the stuff you did before and everything makes me irritable.
People in the media and medical community don't know what the hell they are talking about.

Don't you have an endocrinologist you can consult instead of a family practitioner?

TRT doc...not technically "endo". Seeing an endo in 3 weeks.
Really hope he gives me some clomid the first appointment so I can see what my system can do.
I have all my complete hormone panels....
LH, FSH, TT, FT, BIO T, E2, TSH e.t.c.
he should technically prescribe something the first visit, no?
