My question is (and yes I have done much research) but I simply have never used needles before, if my vial says 500mg/ml,that means that if i fill the syringe to the 1 ml line its giving me 500mg right? I have a friend that has been doing AAS for years and told me to fill it to the 1 ml line twice a week but that doesnt make sense if I only want 500mg a week??? (the vial contains a Test mix made by Bulldog labs)

500mg/ml is pretty high, i would bet that it will be painful.
yes 1ml or 1 cc will = 500mgs. only shoot once per week if your aiming for 500mgs per week. obviously 2 shots per week would be 1000mgs. -
