I doubt she would need the Potassium unless deficient,,,and what type of diuretic are we speaking of?? They can be dangerous if not used properly.Originally posted by spartanpixel View PostHi guys, my gf is taking hgh and was wondering if it would be a good idea to start taking prescribed ephedra, Potassium and a diuretic?
The Ephedra can help burn up some BF and increase energy if she can tolerate it.

That's the problem right there. Her diet is horrible and no cardio either. I just wanted her to see that other people agree with me on cardio and a balance diet.
Thank you

Not going to sugarcoat this - if she doesn't have the discipline to nail the diet and cardio and stay with it, the drugs are going to be not just a waste of money but will be dangerous. She's not going to get the results, and the desire to up the dosages will be too great to resist, with disastrous consequences.
I mean, diuretics, really?

The type of diuretic used would dictate if K supplemention would be needed.Originally posted by Ashop View PostI doubt she would need the Potassium unless deficient,,,and what type of diuretic are we speaking of?? They can be dangerous if not used properly.

Bottom line, dont fuck around with diuretics.

you may kill her doing that. just guide her to healthier foods and start out with walks everyday or light weight training.
honestly... get a new girl. as much as it sucks you are trying to make her something shes not and i agree with B she seems fucking lazy. one of the biggest problem is fat girls are often lazy in every area not just the gym.
ps take all the GH before breaking up with her :)

I totally agree with what everyone is saying here. Taking ephedra and diuretic? That just spells disaster! Ephedra can be very helpful and effective when taken properly, but it will always come down to diet and nutrition. But, I want to add that nutrition is number one. A healthy waste line is made up of about 80% diet and 20% exercise. If she wants to lose weight and have better health, there is no "easy road" here. It might seem like a quick fix would work, and possibly in the short term, but there are major repercussions to this and it could cause major weight gain when you stop. From personal experience, I cannot promote healthy diet and lifestyle enough!
