Was thinking of going on HGH. Primarily for joints. I'm under the impression that 2-3 IUs a day would be the sweetspot since I don't want a roid gut or to look like a Cromagnon man. I'm 49 and my elbow tendons are almost always sore. Currently cruising on 200 mg cyp a week. Trying to stay lean after bulking for far too long. Came down quickly from 500mg cyp a week. Long story, have to have an operation, red blood count way to high for operation. Etc. etc.
