  • How do I use IGF-1 LR3 (for beginner)?

I have a bunch of questions on using IGF-1 LR3. First off what are all the supplies that I need, I'm assuming I need the 1ml of IGF-1 LR3, some BAC water, insulin syringes, alcohol wipes (trying to go as cheap as possible)... what else? I see that some people mix 1ml IGF-1 LR3 with 1ml BAC, some with 2ml, some with 3ml BAC, how much do you use, and why don't people just use a 1-1 ratio only? Is the shot smoother with more BAC water? I know you can inject post or pre-workout, I plan on injecting 100mcg pre-workout. You also inject every time you lift, but what is the most efficient injection schedule to get the most out of your 1ml? I lift 3x a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday, if I'm on this peptide I would be willing to workout 4 or 5 times a week. I need help from A-Z, I've been 100% natural to present.

The cycle lasts for 5 weeks right? Than off 5 weeks, then back on, etc. Am I correct?

My best results with IGF LR3 came when I increased my dosages to 80-100mcg daily. I tried a low dose routine touted by a guy at MD magazine but it didnt work for me.

real IGF will work wonders at 50mcgs I would even go at 40 but my vials come 100mcgs per vial so it just easier to do 50 at a time

I would highly doubt the quality of your IGF if you need 80 or 100mcgs per day

              50mcg LR3+ 50mcg BAC= 100mcg injections... any suggestions on what LR3 to buy?

not true diet and excerices effect IGF levels quite a bit.

your not exactly juicing lol. more like a supplement just letting you know not to expect too much... if what your saying is true then when you took your multivitamin you weren't natural.

No, not juicing at all since there is no test in IGF-1, but it does make your body produce more testosterone on its own. Reverse effects of you testicals shrinking, they become a little bigger on IGF. I don't expect anabolic effects from it, it's only a peptide, but I do expect gains... how much muscle in terms of pounds per month, I don't know. I'm no stranger to hard work, it's gonna take longer than if I were on test.
