In week 3 now. This is my first body comp - I'm considering it my 'start' as although I am in my 3rd of 16 weeks, my first 2 were jacked up due to travel and injury by my training partner. Everything is good now so here we go...
Noticed *definite* skin tightening and constant pumps now. In my 14th week of hGH and endurance is ridiculous - weights/cardio back-to-back with no problem at all - I used to be wiped after just weights. Diet is completely dialed in - I am at 2500 cal/day on a 60P/30C/10F split focusing on getting rid of the fat I put on during the last 3 months while I was off. The Test Prop is definitely hitting now along with the DBol and I feel great - my body shape has returned, lots of definition in arms and shoulders. I know on this diet I will do >1%BF loss per week - so I should be back to 12% by the end of the month no problem. I'll change my diet splits and +++cals once I hit 11-12%. I feel good again, I'm not coming off the Test again. When I came off it is such a gradual shitty feeling I didn't realize how shitty I was feeling until I got back on.
As of Monday I am taking:
300mg Test C /wk
150mg Test P / wk
300mg Deca / wk
50mg Dbol / day
3iu hGH / day
.5mg Anastrozole / day
1cc BCAA day Subq
