Oxydrolone. 10 days for 25mg,next 10 days 50 mg, and last 10 days again 25mg.
Deca-Durabolin 1ml every week for 4 weeks.
And after that Rexobol-stanazolol 40mg for 15 days.

my stats:
Height 1.78m
weight 77kg
age 19 years old.
body fat- i dont know.. maybe 14%

i have that Nolvadex 10mg 50 tab. but i dont know when to take them or do i need to take them..
And clenbuterol 100 tab. 0,02mg And when do i need to take them?

Not to be a smartass, but in the future you need to do your homework before you just start taking random steroids. Cant just pop pills and shoot up hormones when youre clueless how to take anything. Research first, ask questions first, then when you have an idea about what does what, and when and how to use nolva and anti e's, start a cycle. You can end up with tits for one, and totally fuck your natural test levels up....especially since your not even 20 years old yet. Just sayin, not something to mess around with unless youre educated on it somewhat...
