Within 72 hours of starting my new cycle, my sleep has gone to shit. It's like I never get into a 'deep' sleep and I can't sleep for more than an hour or two at a time without waking up. I go back to sleep, but not a deep sleep. It is annoying and affecting my mental performance during the days now.
This happened on my last cycle, and went away during PCT. In fact, I slept better during my time off than I have in 10+ years.
Is this a normal side - do I need to adjust something?
