The problem I have with clen is that it can be hard on the heart. Enlargement of the ventricles over time = not a good thing, hence the reason people (ideally) do the short time frames (that and the receptors). Most people brush it off and say "oh my heart is fine." How many young people die from a heart attack, and then we later hear "it was because he had an underlying issue"? Do you know that your heart is the perfect shape, size, that one ventricle isn't enlarged or pumping harder for the other?
Not worth the risk, IMO, but that only came after being more throughly educated in the human anatomy & physiology :x
plus the results are kinda lame. i know a bunch of people that tried clen both liquid and tabs and all they got was fast heart beat and shakes but no real results in terms of looks.
They say your first cycle of it is your best bet, so make it count. Well if you don't know how your body is going to react, you can't just dive in.
It hardens me and rids fat faaaast! But I feel its damaging.
At the first sign of trouble for many heart conditions what di doctors give you? Beta blockers right?
Messing with the endocrine system is a dicey prospect even under medical supervision where side effects can be anticipated and accounted for. Doing it unsupervised is fraught with peril. Anyone who does not think so is delusional.
Of course it doesn't directly affect the endocrine system. But it messes up the endocrine system in that the sympathetic nervous system is closely controlled by the endocrine system feedback mechanisms, and adding clen in the mix will destabilize the feedback systems that are in place. In that sense, it affects the functioning of the endocrine system.
