Advice Needed (1st Cycle)

Hi all

I have previously done Pro Hormone cycles but I am now looking to do an injectable steroid cycle. As I am completely new to this I would like some advice please.

I was thinking to do;
10 weeks of Test 400 at 1ml per week and then Nolva for a PCT
(I don't want to get too complicated as its my first cycle) is this ok?

Also;
how long should I be running my PCT?
Is there anything else I should have to hand whilst on or after my cycle?

FYI:
I'm 5'10" and weigh 183 pounds (13stone)

400mg per ml sounds like a garbage brand too many mg per ml that will bind up and absorb poorly caising inflammation, pain and scar tissue.

Get pharma grade ampules.

Run nolv at 10mg ed then 20mg ed for eight weeks after your last shot
