Try laying on your side instead of your back.

I will snore no matter what if sleeping on back I have to sleep on belly. they sell that mouth piece that holds your jaw open so no snoring if you are a back sleeper

I have a bad neck, so I bought the My Pillow. It's been the best pillow for me, but I don't see how it helped his snoring that much. If you're snoring that bad, it usually means you aren't getting the proper amount of oxygen (you stop breathing and then "gasp" for breath) and you should really get a sleep study done.

That's sleep apnea I would assume most here are fit and so then very unlikely anyone here would have that

But sleeping on back your jaw relaxes when asleep blocking air way
They make a mouth piece to hold jaw in right position so throat don't close.

Or just do as I do sleep on belly

his snoring instantly stopped. i agree that the testing should be done but it was impressive.

I don't think the gh is causing the snoring but it does make you sleep deeper and give you awesome lucid dreams. This could be why you are experiencing snoring already. A solid sleep study will let you k ow what's going on. I had one done and found out my sleep apnea was really horrible. My oxygen level dropped to 70% while sleeping which isn't good at all. Also, you are at greater risk for heart issues if you have sleep apnea.

I just saw this, but being fit does not mean you do not have sleep apnea. My ex was just like inkslinger just posted - best shape of his life but his oxygen levels were low and he stopped breathing a crazy amount of times every hour. Never something to mess with. Sleep apnea will kill you.
