experience with high concentration blends?

I've been seeing blends as high as 1g per ml and wondered how people were dealing with any potential sides associated with that type of product like abscesses, swelling, or general site inflammation and soreness.

Besides pro BB's who would need a blend of this strength? I guess if your running 3g of test a week but seems like an overkill for everyone else. I bet it hurts like a mother! lol
