                You have the drugs down, you have far more experience in that arena, you don't need my advice. Diet has always been your weakness and the area where you could learn a thing or 2.

                  Lol

                  Breakfast - 3scoops ON hydrowhey, oats

                  Late morning - chicken n wholegrain rice

                  Mid afternoon - chick n rice

                  Train 530

                  Pwo 3 hydro scoops n banana

                  8-9 pm - evening meal of some sort, either meat n carbs, or cottage cheese

                  Bout 300-350 g protien

                      He's not consistent at all with that. They eat fish and chips and pudding everyday over there.

                        The dosages are individual IMO but I do think
                        TEST and HGH make a nice combination in conjunction
                        with the right diet and training.
