Never heard of a whitish ring before. If your nips aren't puffy, itchy, or have a small lump I doubt it's gyno. Not sure what that could be. I'd continue your current dose unless you start feeling the other symptoms returning. Post a pic of the white ring, maybe someone else will know what it is.

No itchiness, no pain, Skin discoloration around both areola. Left is puffy, definitely feels like there is something forming behind it. Upped my Nolva dose this morning. I'll get a pic on later after work

Here is a pic of the discolored ring around my areola. I didn't notice it until after the tanning bed Sunday. Been running Nolva since Friday. Started with 1/2 ml, I bumped it to a full ml the last two days. No itchiness , no more pain. Just slight discoloration and puffy where the ring is ... Any thoughts ?

Can someone please give some advice on how to finish the Nolva all the way into my pct? I still have a whitish ring and slight puffy around my areola. Should I continue with Nolva everyday , liquidex eod ?? Plus what doses?

Thank you! I figured that might be the case.

It was reccended on the forum to use clomid and Nolva two wks after my last injection.
This is what i going to run with

40\40\20\20\20mg - Nolvadex
50\50\25\25\25mg - Clomid

Alright , I'm on wk 5 of running 300mg test e every five days. No real side effect other than feeling a little bloated. Started running liquidex last wk at .25 every other day. Bloat is under control! Yesterday I felt that my nips were a little harder than usual. My biggest fear is gyno, so I'm checking regularly.

Today they seem a little more sensitive than normal. I could feel my work shirt rubbing against them. The areola seems to have no change on either side. Feels like when you go from to cold and your nips get hard. But I'm in Ohio and it's humid as Fck lol I'm new to this ans really don't know what I'm looking for. Doesn't feel like a hard ball is forming behind the nip. Just have little sensitive perky nips :retard: haha I have clomid and nolva on hand. Read Bouncers post on Letro. I could acquire that over a few days. Is this warning signs of gyno? Or am I just being a paranoid puss ??

Really appreciate anyone's feedback

I don't use an ai during off season and my nips are a bit sensitive, but it's never lead to gyno.
