carefull bro - diuretics kill. if you don't have a legitimate medical reason and are not competing, leave it alone.

I really dont like lasix either....if you dont know how to use it...which takes ALOT of trail and error and everyone is different then it could really mess you up...

I see alot of ppl going "flat" after taking it and look alot worse then they did before they took it....

I wont even mess with this shit anymore...not even for a contest...and its pretty stupid to take it other wiese cause i believe they are only active for 6 hours per tab...so really u only keep the water off a day or so.

GOod replies boysl. . .lasix is not for "normal" guys. . .if you are 300 lb pro bbuilder with about 20lb of water to play with then it could be ok. . .but for those under 250lb and close to contest weight it is not a good thing. . .
I go with diazide myself. .really gentle and just for that last bit of water. . if you do all the rest of your prep right that is all you need. . .
Have you had a look at your diet first before you try the diuretics? You will be surprised how much water excess carbs make you hold. . .

I use that when I'm on cycle for monthly bloat (it's about an 8 - 10 lb water gain in a week). A single oral dose rids me of about 4 - 5 lbs. of water, just enough to be somewhat comfortable, in a couple of hours.

If you use a diuretic make sure you are supplementing before and after taking it with potassium and magnesium to help keep you safe.

Diazide (hydrochlorothiazide) is much safer...I've used it a few times with no ill effects to speak of.
