      Before cuba.

      Ive hardly been eating or training since and its greatly cleared my mind whilst starting new job.

      However, today ive begun to ramp up

      Tall glass milk

      Tomorrow I start eating properly

                    Well maybe your range in uk is different because if I'm on 1ml a week of sust I'm well above normal range

                              thats it right there estrogen is the death to all of us. every bad thing that happens to use is caused by estrogen
                              get it in check and get it checked

                              saying that we do need it in us just need it in the right range
