Help me work out my timings

So my mast arrived this morning which means I will be shooting it tonight.

So far Im pinning Sus 250 twice a week on Monday and Thursday nights.

Mast I want to 400mgs a week but dont know how to space it so i dont have to pin every night.

any thoughts? or just man up?

im pining everday anyway whats a few extra ones matter
