  • Feeling better now

I started a cycle about a month ago which was pretty low does test cyp and .5 adex.
I felt terrible for 3 weeks tired, depressed, sore joint.
I read on the internet i could be suffering from low estrogen too low , it makes sense now.
Ive reduced the dose of arimidex for 4 days and it has gone. Just shows adex is a strong drug.

yea, sounds like your estro levels are brought down too low and you weren't using enough test thus you fucked up your test/estrgoen ratio.

from now on run adex at .25mgs every other day

what is your test cyp dose? run 300mgs per week with .25mg adex EOD and you will be set.

      Thanks bro.

My cyp dose was 300mg every 5 days i wondering if the cyp was fake or underdosed cause ive not felt nothing off it.

I put 500 mg test enanthate my trusted brand (baltic) and ive started feeling better already

AI's are a super tool for us to use but people often run them in too high of dosages,,,it doesn't take much and you can often get by with EOD dosing or even less.
